ADD TO PENDING ORDER:
The order will be shipped alongside one of your pending orders. If you have more than one pending order, you will need to specify the order number to which you want to add the new one; otherwise, it will be added by default to your last order that was not sent. You can also choose this shipping method to add it to another order that you want to make in the future.

SHIPMENTS TO BALEARIC ISLANDS:
It costs € 9,95. Fee reduction applies on orders over 60€. The delivery time is 24-48h.
SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS:
It costs from € 50, increased depends on the amount ordered. No minimum order fee reduction applies. The shipment is made through the Post Office and is delivered within 4-15 working days.
INTERNATIONAL AND EU SHIPPING:
We make international shipments to different countries, the rates vary according to the destination. For countries of the European Union, shipping costs reduced over €100.
Important: Orders placed after 5:30 pm may not be processed until the next business day.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders except for store pickups, which can also be done on Saturday.

Return and Cancellation Policy
6-1 Merchandise return:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased through the Fifth Element Online Store within 14 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased from the Fifth Element Online Store >, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Within 48 hours from receipt of return, Fifth Element agrees to your refund.
Before making the return , you will have to communicate it to the department > Returns (email@example.com).
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, < strong> Fifth Element will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping and return costs.
Special case are the articles that the defect is the lack or failure of one of its components, in this case the publishers are responsible for the product and must manage the replacement of the missing or failed component to them. Fifth Element cannot be responsible for the inside of the sealed boxes, it will manage the replacement for the client if necessary, giving them several options.
6-2 Cancellation of order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods are shipped, the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs for this same order.
Items in Quinto Elemento can have four different availability types, and are as follows:
We have availability of the item in our warehouse, and we will send it immediately (or first thing on the next business day, in case of receive the request outside our shipping hours). It will arrive at the client in approximately 24 to 72 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen by the client.
We do not have availability of the item in our warehouse, but if there is stock of the product in the warehouses of our suppliers, at less as a general rule. We will take time to ship according to the requested product, but never longer than the time specified on the availability label.

It is an article that we manufacture ourselves when placing the order. It will take us to make the shipment according to the requested product, the volume of work and the printing times, but never longer than the time specified on the label of availability of the same.

3D Printing On Demand products do not allow cancellation or refund. Except for specific exceptions. Since it is a material that we manufacture once you request it.
PRESALE or RESERVE:
The article is in one of these states, either because it has not been released to the market or because it is in replacement, and will arrive at our warehouse on the date indicated in the item's file. Once we have availability of the product, we will send the order immediately to the customer, to whom it will arrive within approximately 24 or 48 hours from then on, depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer. The product's release date are approximate and may be modified by the manufacturer or suffer delays due to logistical problems.
Some PRE-SALE or RESERVE items do not specify availability date. In these cases, contact us and we will try to find out as soon as possible.
The articles in PRE-SALE or RESERVE will not admit return or cancellation once they have been requested from the manufacturer.
Out of Stock:
Neither we nor our distributor have availability of the article, and we do not know when we will have it again. The product may be in replacement or has been discontinued. To find out more about the future availability of the item in question, contact us and we will try to answer you as soon as possible.
