Products labeled "On Sale" can only be shipped via Special Shipping .

We work with several different companies to transport your orders at Mondoshawan hyperspace speed .

Shipping (All shipments have estimated times on business days and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control):

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order using the shipping method chosen by the customer:

• PREMIUM SHIPPING 24/48H (PENINSULA):

  It costs €5.50 (€2 for orders over €60). Only for shipments within the peninsula.

• "SPECIAL" SHIPPING 24/72h (Special conditions for orders that include Games Workshop, Special Products and "On Sale")

  Any order that includes GAMES WORKSHOP miniatures, very large boxed games, or games with special discounts must be processed using this shipping method . This shipping cost is slightly higher, but it receives priority treatment. The shipping cost It will be €5 for orders up to €60 and €3 for orders of €60 or more.

• ADD TO PENDING ORDER:

  The order will be sent along with one of your pending orders. If you have more than one pending order, you'll need to specify the order number you want to add the new order to; otherwise, it will be added by default to your last unshipped order. You can also choose this shipping method to add it to another order you want to place in the future.

• PICK UP IN STORE:

  Pick up your order at our store. Remember to wait for us to confirm availability by email. FREE (Orders under €10 have a €0.10 surcharge).

• SHIPMENTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL:

  BASIC SHIPPING: Cost €8 (5€ orders over 60€) / URGENT SHIPPING 24/48h: Cost €10 / No discounts apply for minimum orders . Delivery times vary.

• SHIPMENTS TO THE CANARY ISLANDS:

  minimum cost is €15. Shipping varies depending on the order. No discount applies . Shipping is via Correos and is delivered within 4-15 business days. We reserve the right to cancel orders where shipping costs exceed our capacity .

• INTERNATIONAL AND EU SHIPPING:

  We ship internationally to different countries , rates vary. depending on the destination. For countries of the European Union European shipping costs reduced starting at €120.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, orders will not be shipped or delivered except for in-store pickups, which can also be done on Saturdays.

However , any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt. They must inform Quinto Elemento within a maximum of 7 days.

By default, we will ship your order as soon as all of its components are available.

Special prices will apply to shipments outside the Peninsula.

Return and Cancellation Policy

6-1 Information on the right of withdrawal for goods

• Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us ( Quinto Elemento Store, Calle Desayuno con Diamantes 3, 50019 Zaragoza, Spain; telephone number 876 654 652; and email address devoluciones@quinto-elemento.es ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, iwith the exception of additional costs resulting from parcel management, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before this deadline has expired. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of unilateral withdrawal by the customer, Quinto Elemento reserves the right to deduct any handling and processing costs incurred from the return .

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Paypal incurs an additional fee for processing . In the case of unilateral cancellations by the customer, we cannot refund these amounts, as Paypal retains the commission . We recommend filing a claim with Paypal .

6-2 Availability:

Items in Quinto Elemento can have four different availability types, and they are as follows:

In Stock:

We have the item in stock and will ship it immediately (or first thing the next business day if we receive your order outside of our shipping hours). It will arrive within approximately 24 to 72 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen.

On Demand:

We don't have this item in stock, but we generally work with this product on order or on hold. Shipping will take time depending on the product ordered, but never longer than the time specified on the availability label. We can't guarantee that the product will be available, so if there's a problem, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

PREORDER or RESERVATION:

The item is in one of these states, either because it has not been released to the market or because it is being restocked, and will arrive at our warehouse on the date indicated in the item listing. Once the product is available, we will immediately ship the order to the customer, who will receive it within approximately 24 to 48 hours, depending on the shipping method chosen. Product release dates are approximate and may be subject to changes by the manufacturer or delays due to logistical issues .

Some PRE-ORDER or RESERVE items don't specify an availability date. In those cases, please contact us and we'll try to find out as soon as possible.

- SALE or RESERVATION items will not be accepted. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once they have been requested from the manufacturer. With some exceptions.

Out of Stock:

Neither we nor our distributor have availability of this item, and we don't know when it will be available again. The product may be in stock or discontinued. To find out more about the future availability of the item in question, please contact us and we will try to respond as soon as possible.
